- Go to http://portal.bsnl.in
- Click on Sign In.
- Signup, if you do not have it already.
- Enter all details in Signup form. After filling all details, click on Create Account.
Note: The mobile number should be a valid working one as it gets the OTP which is necessary for account creation.
- Now, you have a account created with BSNL Portal.
- Sign in using provided "Email/Mobile No" as username and password.
- Add your fibre broadband connection to your account as shown below.
Phone No : <Your BSNL Phone Number>
Account No : <Your BSNL Account Number>
Nick Name: <Any Name you would like to give>
Note: A message from BSNL after your first month's bill generation would be having the above details.
- After filling all required details, click Submit.
- Now, you have your Fibre Broadband connection added to your portal and you can pay your bill online.
